Returns

- Items returned without original packaging or missing parts/accessories.
- Any products clearly marked as non-returnable (if applicable).
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refund processing time: typically up to 7 working days after approval (bank processing times may vary).
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival,
or incorrect. In such cases, we will arrange a suitable solution.
